✧ Characters with traditional reference with no digital colour palette
✧ Very complex backgrounds
✧ Drug related themes
✧ Unrealistic body proportions such as hyper muscles, extreme obesity etc.

GENERAL TERMS
✦ Not reading my T.O.S doesn't exclude you from the stated terms and rules.
✦ I don't take responsibility for the client not reading my T.O.S.
✦ I won't tolerate any form of rude or disrespectful behaviour towards me.
✦ Every next additional character is 80% of the original price.
✦ Simple backgrounds are free. Complex backgrounds need to be discussed individually.
✦ Additional version with and without outfit will cost 50%.
✦ I have the right to use commissioned artwork in social media etc.
✦ If you wish for your commission to remain private please state it clearly beforehand.
✦ You can't under any circumstances claim my art as your own, trace it, edit,
or remove my signature.
✦ You may post my art to the other sites but only if you credit me.
✦ It is strictly forbidden to use my art for any form of AI. It's disgusting.
✦ Unless discussed beforehand, It's forbidden to use my art for commercial use. Commercial use will cost extra.
PAYMENT
I accept Paypal (USD!) or Bank Transfer | Blik in PLN in Poland.
✦ I will send invoice on Paypal.
✦ Full payment is required within 48 hours.
✦ Upon agreement I may take 50% of the payment before I start and 50% after sketch is made.
✦ You can cancel the commission if the sketch wasn’t made yet with 100% refund. After sketch it is 50%. I will not be sending refunds if commission is already past lineart stage and you are the one declining it.
✦ I have a right to cancel or decline your order for personal reasons. If payment was already made, I will of course refund the money.
✦ Refunds are only made by the artist. Forced refunds will result in blacklisting and a ban.
PROCESS
✦ Fulfilling your commission may take from 3 weeks to 3 months. It depends on the queue, my work and how complex the commission is.
You will be able to track on Trello how many people are before you and how far in the process I currently am.
✦ I won't charge more for complex designs (many markings, horns, eyes etc.) as they are pleasure for me to do :)!
✦ Please don't rush me.
✦ I will send wip's after sketch, lineart and colours to ensure that
everything is right.
✦ Redlines are more than welcome.
✦ I won't change lineart after colours are done and accepted.
✦ I won't do a full redraw or apply massive changes (such as completely different pose) in already accepted sketch.
